• 1960 Rickenbacker 450

    Guitar 1960 Combo 450, clean and stock other than the bridge cover missing as usual. This is one of the earliest 450s from 1960, the year they upgraded the electronics, copleting the changes to the model that started in 1958, and now included the cresting wave body, gold anodized conforming pickguard,and stamped metal head stock logo. To most Rick fans this was the best iteration of the 450. It sold well and this one has the most sought after, original black finish in great condition. The original frets are in excellent condition as is the fingerboard. Manufacturers code on the pots is 137 (CTS), and the date code is 6006, which is the 6th week of 1960.   • ‘76 Gibson Byrdland original special order ebony

    Guitar '76 Gibson Byrdland with rare special order black finish - had to be a special order, there are so few out there, also check out the unusually beautiful inlays, in addition to the nearly perfect gold plating, and the rich color that the binding has turned over nearly 50 years of being so well taken care of. Ok, it's just cosmetics, but cosmetics are a big part of the allure. "Perhaps" more important is that this one plays beautifully and the only thing better sounding would be one 10 or 15 years older and much more expensive. Extremely fine original condition other than the pick guard missing, the original mounting bracket is in the case pocket, along with the original pickup covers that were swapped out for nicer ones (and could be reinstalled and re-plated if desired). Ships with crazy clean correct original case.

    Guitar ‘59 Fender 4x10 Bassman 5F6-A. Looks very good, sounds very great. Legendary guitar amp, notorious killer for harp, and NOTHING sounds better for bass at moderate volume. Changed capacitors & handle, AC cable upgraded to 3- prong. Transformers, speakers and pretty much everything else original and quite good sounding: the amp’s last owner made sure that anything not right, or not up to spec, was expertly taken care of, and it sure sounds that way.

    Guitar ‘73 gold top Les Paul Deluxe with unusually nice 3 piece mahogany neck and body. Other than the missing pick guard and replaced input jack plate it’s all original including case, and in extremely fine condition. Frets are still in great shape and it weighs in at just over 9 pounds.
